Summary

The fun new project from Baxter - 'Chill Out' - is a purpose-made Chillable Red and it's so pop-able.

It's produced from Anderson Valley Pinot Noir and was early picked, early pressed and aged 5 months in stainless steel before bottling for a fresh feel. Keep a couple bottles in the fridge at the ready. This wine is perfect for casual times chilling with family and friends over the holidays.
