As this wine ages it softens and proffers additional depth of flavors such as sous bois, mushroom and bramble, while still retaining scents of fresh raspberry, along with a fresh juicy cherry mid-core and an elegant plum finish.
Just 3 barrels made. Organically farmed (as is usual for Baxter).
